The length of your home’s remodeling project will vary based on the size and scope of the work that needs to be done. For example, if you’re looking for a cabinet refacing rather than custom cabinet installation, the timeframe will likely be shorter.

How Long Does a Kitchen Remodel Take?

When it’s time to remodel your kitchen, we first send one of our trusted team members to come out and take measurements of countertops, cabinets, and more. Typically, once that’s been finished, we can then come in and begin installation! Since every project is different, our designers will advise you about how long your kitchen remodeling project will take. Our goal is to go through the entire process together with you so that you know exactly what is going on and when you can expect a final product.

How Long Does a Bathroom Remodel Take?

Most bathroom remodels include a complete overhaul of all items in the bathroom, usually beginning with selection of new bathroom cabinetry and countertops. Again, the length of the bathroom remodel will vary based on the scope of the project. Once cabinets and countertops have been selected, we get to work.

Next, we begin to work with the tub and shower area. At Cornerstone, we don’t just cover up what you have and take unwise shortcuts. Sometimes remodeling contractors will attempt to cover up the damage underneath and install a new tub or shower over it. We will demolish the area down to the studs to check for damage – EVERY time. We do the job right so that you don’t have to worry about fixing a mistake later on down the road.
